Corinthia pillars are made to order and require multiple days of careful production.

Please allow:

• 10–21 days for standard event orders
• 2–5 weeks for large event quantities
• Additional time for courier delivery

All pieces are crafted fresh for each order to ensure optimal finish and structural integrity.

BREAKAGE REPORTING

If damage occurs during transit, please notify 73 Wax St within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To lodge a courier claim, we require:

• Photos of the unopened box showing exterior damage
• Photos of the product inside packaging
• Your order number

Replacements cannot be offered if courier claim requirements are not met.
