Shipping policy

All orders are hand-packed with care in Australia.
Please allow 2–4 business days for dispatch, and additional time for standard delivery via Australia Post. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

All sculptured candles are hand made to order and do require extra time to cure before being dispatched. Please allow 3-5 business days for these items to be made. Once cured and ready they will be packaged and sent the following business day.

We take care to ensure all products leave our studio safely — 73 Wax St is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once dispatched.
