If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@73waxst.com with your order number and a photo so we can arrange a replacement or credit.

Please note we cannot accept returns for change of mind, used candles, or sale items.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
